Die Malerei zeigt sich nur, wenn man die Blätter des Buches zusammenpresst und leicht gegeneinander verschiebt. Dann erscheint ein Bild auf dem Buchschnitt, hier eine Dorfstraße mit Spaziergängern. – Zeitgenössischer Besitzvermerk, die ersten Blätter braunfleckig, sonst sehr gut erhalten.
